What's new?
With our latest release of ELISpot Flex: human IL-29 and FluoroSpot Flex: human IL-29, you can now study IL-29 secretion and combine it with other analytes in our FluoroSpot Flex platform. The detection antibody is available with two different fluorophores to enable various combinations. To trigger the release of IL-29 in ELISpot and FluoroSpot make sure to stimulate your cells with 2'3'-cGAMP!
As before, the antibodies are available separately and are included in our ELISA Flex kit.
Why IL-29 (IFN-λ1)?
IL-29, or IFN-λ1, is produced in the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts by cDCs and mucosal epithelial cells. It is essential for antiviral immunity and frontline immune defense.
It has immunomodulatory functions that affect various immune pathways and are associated with various diseases, such as viral infections and autoimmune disorders.
