CCL22 ELISA for human and monkey samples

Published: December 14, 2023

What's new?

With our new antibodies and ELISA kits for CCL22, you can analyze yet another chemokine with us! The monoclonal antibodies are designed to detect human CCL22 and cross-react with CCL22 from NHP. Check out our cross-reactivity table for further information.
The antibodies are available separately and in our ELISA kits, including ELISA Flex: Human CCL22 (ALP and HRP) and ELISA Flex: Monkey CCL22 (ALP and HRP).

Why should you be interested in CCL22?

CCL22, or macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC), is a chemokine produced by macrophages, monocytes, dendritic, B cells, Th2 cells, and epithelial cells. It plays a vital role in regulating the immune system by directing the migration of immune cells, especially T regulatory cells. CCL22 production is triggered by bacteria (LPS, peptidoglycan, flagella), viruses, and parasites.

Its involvement in immune tolerance and response modulation makes it an exciting analyte for autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer research.
