What's new?

Discover our latest antibodies and ELISA kits for CCL4. With these new products, you can analyze yet another chemokine with us!

Our monoclonal antibodies are specifically designed to detect human CCL4 and cross-react with CCL4 from NHP. You can find more information in our cross-reactivity table.

These antibodies are available individually and in our ELISA kits, such as ELISA Flex: Human CCL4 (ALP and HRP) and ELISA Flex: Monkey CCL4 (ALP and HRP).

If you need help choosing between ALP and HRP, take a look at these tips.

Why should you be interested in CCL4?

CCL4, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1β), is a chemokine involved in the immune response. It is produced by a variety of cells, including monocytes, neutrophils, B cells, T cells, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells, in response to inflammatory stimuli.

CCL4 plays a key role in recruiting immune cells, such as natural killer (NK) cells and T cells, to sites of infection or injury.

Dysregulation of CCL4 expression has been associated with various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and cancer.
