ELISpot Research Group Seminar - Munich and Oxford

The ELISpot Resource Group (ERG) is a consortium of our partners at JPT Peptides, Millipore, and Sylvia Janetzki from Zellnet Consulting, together with Mabtech. The ERG offers free seminars worldwide each year, covering everything you need to succeed with ELISpot and FluoroSpot.
These seminars are designed to enhance and expand knowledge of the ELISpot technique, covering everything from fundamental principles to the latest advancements:
- Optimizing ELISpot/Fluorospot performance for high reliability
- Preserving cell functionality
- Running polyfunctional assessment of cells with FluoroSpot (dual, triple, and quadruple cytokine/antibody secretion patterns)
- Next-generation plate reading & Assessing the analyte amount released by single cells
- A new class of serum validated for immune monitoring
- Innovative peptide and peptide pool formats, peptide stability and storage
- Determining responses
- Important considerations for assay qualification/validation
The sessions provide valuable guidance from industry leaders, making them beneficial for both newcomers to ELISpot and experienced users looking to refine their expertise.
