We now offer antibodies for detecting granzyme B in monkeys. We confirmed that these antibodies recognize granzyme B in both rhesus macaque and cynomolgus macaque.
The new monkey granzyme B mAb are available as stand-alone products and in ELISpot Flex, ELISpot Plus, and FluoroSpot Flex kits. With ELISpot Flex kits, you can adjust the setup to your needs. ELISpot Plus kits include pre-coated plates that save you time and increase reproducibility across experiments. With FluoroSpot Flex, you can investigate several secreted molecules in parallel and dive deeper into multifunctional profiles.
Why measure granzyme B with ELISpot and FluoroSpot?
Granzyme B is a bit of a special protein. It is present in the granules of NK cells and cytotoxic T cells, and together with perforin, it is secreted to induce the apoptosis of target cells. By choosing granzyme B as your readout in ELISpot or FluoroSpot, you can confirm that cells within your samples secrete this cytotoxic mediator, indicating their potential to kill target cells.
