Mouse IL-1α ELISpot. Mouse spleen cells incubated in the presence or absence LPS.
Mouse spleen cells were incubated for 20 hours in an ELISpot plate. Cells were unstimulated (200,000 cells/well) or stimulated with LPS (50,000 cells/well). The number of cells secreting IL-1α was analyzed by ELISpot.
