Cross-reactivity

The assay shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-1β or IL-18.

Human PBMC were incubated for 20 hours in an ELISpot plate. Cells were unstimulated (20,000 cells/well) or stimulated with LPS (5000 cells/well). The number of cells secreting IL-1α was analyzed by ELISpot.
