B cells

Immunoglobulin secretion can be uncovered using ELISpot and FluoroSpot, and even B memory cells can be investigated by turning them into in antibody-secreting cells through a preceding stimulation step. ELISA can be used as a complementing method to quantify the levels of total or antigen-specific immunglobulins.
