This ELISpot Flex kit is intended for the enumeration of cells secreting equine IL-10 using the ELISpot assay. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Performance

PBMC from horse (50,000 cells/well) were incubated overnight with LPS or medium only and the number of cells secreting IL-10 was analyzed by ELISpot.

It can modulate the functions of immune responses in both a stimulatory and an inhibitory way. IL-10 is thereby involved in the regulation of immune reactions and inflammatory responses.
