PBMC were incubated for 48 h in the absence (250,000 cells/well) or presence (50,000 cells/well) of anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (available from Mabtech, code 3605-1-50) and the number of cells secreting IL-17A/F was analyzed by ELISpot.

Analyte description

Interleukin 17A/F (IL-17A/F) is a heterodimer composed of an IL-17A subunit and an IL-17F subunit. It is a proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated Th17 (T helper 17) cells and certain immune cells of the innate immune system.
