Shelf lifeAt least 18 months from date of receipt.
Human PBMC were incubated for 48 hours in an ELISpot plate. Cells were unstimulated (250,000 cells/well) or stimulated with either a mixture of Tetanus toxoid (TT) and anti-CD28 antibody (250,000 cells/well), or PMA/ionomycin (50,000 cells/well). The number of cells secreting IL-3 was analyzed by ELISpot.

IL-3

Analyte description

The cytokine interleukin 3 (IL-3) is mainly produced by activated T cells. IL-3 is also called multi-lineage-colony stimulating factor since it induces the growth and differentiation of many cells. IL-3 also activates mast cells, eosinophils, basophils, and macrophages.
